Does your student love to draw, doodle, or just write on paper? If so then Mr. Chris’s Fun and Festive Holiday Drawings class is for your student. In this class your student will learn to draw things associated with the holiday season and your student will learn vocabulary associated with this time of year. Your student will learn through hands on applications and discussions about the winter season. Your student will take part in discussion about what they love (or don’t love) about this season.
Mr. Chris has been a teacher for almost 10 years. He is licensed to teach prek-8th grade. Mr. Chris loves sharing his passion for drawing with children and loves to bring open-ended creative play to the classroom.
Drawing is wonderful for students of all ages. It encourages fine motor skills, neural development, and problem-solving abilities and that it can be used effectively to teach and understand other key subjects such as reading, writing, math, and science.

Mr. Chris has been a classroom teacher for almost ten years. He as also coached football, soccer, baseball, and softball. Mr. Chris has a Bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education.
Mr. Chris believes that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is his desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. Mr. Chris's classroom provides a safe environment where students are invited to share their thoughts and ideas.
