This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.
Have a baby between the months of 0-8 months, up to 12 months?
Come ready to HAVE FUN!! This is the class for the grown-up and child ready to move together. We will go through a circuit of breathing exercises, baby massage, strength and cardio exercises (for the grown-up) and fine and gross motor skill for the baby. We will also break into fun songs, dances and puppet shows!
This class is created to help you and your baby move together and build confidence through activities.
Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class and your participation may be posted on KidPass social media. Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction. If you enjoy the class, please visit the instructor's KidPass page where you can find other class offerings and formats including small-group, interactive classes. We will doing breathing exercises, stretching and low impact movement. Come prepared with comfortable clothes for both you and your little one. Yoga Mat. Bring Essential oil for the baby massage portion, favorite rattles, toys, stuffies your little one loves! Can't wait to see you soon!

Coach Yvette, with the Circle Nest, hosts Parent & Me participation classes to help you and your child bond by moving together, playing together, growing together!! Coach Yvette leads parent and me participations classes up to independent classes for children 5 and up. Focusing on gross and fine motor skills, along with early preschool education, classes are also meant for the grown up through breath and movement.

Coach Yvette first discovered her passion for acting at the age of 11. Following her dreams through college, Yvette earned her BA in Theatre Arts. Her love of acting soon evolved into a love of teaching once she became a mom. Yvette is now an entrepreneur having recently started her own business. Combining her skillset as a performer with her knowledge of child development, she created and launched The Circle Nest, a program that offers a supportive community for parents while teaching them how to support the fine and gross motor skills of their child. Yvette loves hiking, long bike rides and aspires to teach young women how to utilize creativity to pursue a career as an entrepreneur.
