PROnatal Prenatal Workout

This 1-hr total body workout is not just safe, but truly effective for the specific needs of the expecting mother’s body. The class incorporates appropriate cardio conditioning, total body strengthening, and proper core training – with an emphasis on the muscles most important to helping you have a more comfortable pregnancy, easier labor, and faster recovery. This class is modifiable for all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy. Also great for new moms too!

Prior to your first class, we ask that you fill out a brief health history form that can be found on our website under the 'Schedule and Registration' tab and the 'First-Time Member' info section.
When to arrive:

Wear comfortable workout attire, sneakers, and a supportive bra. Bring water and a yoga mat or towel.
