About
For our Beginner RG classes catering to girls aged 6 years old and up, we incorporate a warm-up session that focuses on increasing flexibility, strength, coordination, and learning body skills. This is accompanied by the use of various apparatuses such as ropes, balls, hoops, clubs, and ribbons, all incorporated into music and choreography. Our Beginner Rhythmic Gymnastics classes are thoughtfully designed to cater to different age groups, ensuring an age-appropriate and enriching experience for each child.
When to arrive:

Student must arrive on time, as the door is locked after coaches pick up the kids by the entrance before class

The class was great. No sign at the door or the teacher was too busy to go pick up kids at the door.

It’s a drop off class. There were 3 other girls in the class but they were not able to get a lot of time with the teacher because she said she needed to film the regulars and was preparing for a show for them. They don’t allow the parents to stay at all. I went to a nearby spot for the duration. The teacher didn’t have much time to talk to me as I was trying to gauge if she did well. Either way it was a decent class. It’s good for a trial.
