Fairies in the Garden: A Ballet Adventure - KidPass Live Stage

This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.
Our dancing fairies will fly, dancer and jump through the beautiful garden. While we explore, we will be using our ballet skills such as plie, tendu, sautés, echappe, leaps and more! This a great fundamental ballet class to help your growing fairy use their imagination and develop balance, strength and the basic skills they need to be magical ballerinas. We will focus on stretching, strengthening and isolation muscles groups to learn the proper way to execute ballet steps. This class is suitable for all levels of dancers from ages 3 to 5 years old.
Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class and your participation may be posted on KidPass social media. Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction. If you enjoy the class, please visit the instructor's KidPass page where you can find other class offerings and formats including small-group, interactive classes. Hello! My name is Courtney and I love all things dance! I have been dancing for 34 years and have been teaching dance for over 20 years! I have a BA in Theater and Dance from the University of Texas at Austin.
I teach Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and Technique & Tools (for strengthening).
I love to put together themes for class to make it fun and creative for learning dance! Foundations and fundamentals of dance are important for learning and growing with a strength to help create a better understanding and help prevent injury.
I hope to dance with you soon!
