This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (
https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.
First we will define climate change together with a true or false activity. Second, kids will dive into the greenhouse effect by relating their knowledge on how greenhouses trap heat with how gases in the atmosphere trap heat. Next, kids will be leaded through drawing a greenhouse effect diagram. Finally, we will wrap up with actions students can take to help stop the greenhouse effect and climate change.
This lesson will be taught by a high school student in Spring Forward, a youth-led climate education organization, which is hosting free online climate workshops this summer. To learn more about the summer workshops visit
