About
I am pleased to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and welcome your child to my class. This will be my 9th year teaching English, middle school math and music classes. I am a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. In 2021, I will receive my master’s degree in Advanced Teaching. I teach 11 to 14-year-olds at the moment, but I have taught 4 to 18-year-olds in my career.

My goal is to help your child foster reading, listening, and speaking skills. I will help your child accomplish new challenges in communication. I enjoy playing basketball, tennis, watching movies, and going to sporting events with my family in my free time.

I feel that a positive learning experience is built on a collaborative effort between parents, student, and teacher. I welcome your questions and concerns.

I will use class time as a vehicle to foster reading, listening and speaking skills. Making sure all of it is done in a fun way!
