This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free live stream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.
This class is intended for kids who want to learn the guitar. I teach guitar in a new and refreshing way focusing on the fingerstyle method of playing. I will teach the basics of guitar in this lesson as well as showcase what fingerstyle guitar is all about. If you like fingerstyle guitar and decide to take lessons with me I offer 1 on 1 personalized lessons for every student. Wherever you are in your guitar journey I will work with you and create a custom lesson plan and exercises for every student.

Hello. My name is Jacob Quattrone I have been playing the guitar for over a decade and started when I was 12 years old. I started teaching in high school as my guitar teacher assistant. Since then I have found that I have a passion for teaching and the guitar.
Since then I have taught students from ages 5-16 how to play the guitar. I can teach absolute beginners up to pretty decent guitar players. I specialize in fingerstyle guitar but also know how to play classical, electric, and jazz guitar so whatever style your child finds the most interesting I can help take them to the next level of their musical journey.
For my classes, all you will need is a guitar and a willingness to learn I will create exercises and lesson plans specific to each child based on what style they wish to play and where they need the most improvement. I like to teach in a way that will keep your child engaged and satisfied with the guitar. With a focus on learning proper techniques and fun songs, your child will love.
