Flow Arts-Based Functional Movement, presented in 6 Levels of Movement; with a 6 week focus on each level, dedicating a week to each of the 6 Foundations of EIM: Breathwork; Center; Base; Spheres of Attention; Adaptation; and Intuitive Integration; for a total of 36 classes--a new class every Wednesday.

EIM was created by a massage therapist/flow artist with the intention of teaching you HOW to move your body--with awareness, and adapting to your particular dimensions (which inevitably change).
By the end of this 36-week course, you will have established a functional movement practice that supports mobility as you navigate through life; without the need for further instruction from me.
When practiced together, as a family, you help support and encourage each other's wellness; and you get to be playful and creative together, separately.
