About
I have worked with children in some capacity for the past 30 years. I have always enjoyed working with children. One of the first jobs that I obtained was as a teacher’s assistant at St. Adian’s Montessori School One of my achievements during my second year with the school was developing a drama program for the 4-6 year-old class with a production of “Star Wars.” During my final year at the school the director put me in charge of designing the school’s media center and developing special story theme events for the coming year’s curriculum.

Following my position with St. Adian’s, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of educational organizations. My teaching positions have included Kindergarten teacher for All About Children for ages 4-6, Mentor/Instructional Specialist for University of Baltimore Laws School for ages 5-12, as well as an Instructional Specialist and Early Intervention Teacher for Center for Autism & PDD for ages 3-8.

These experiences have had a great impact on my life. I have continued my education over the years and currently hold the following credentials: BS Psychology, MS Mental Health Counseling, Ph.D. Human Services with a Specialization in Family & Child Counseling, Graduate Certificate in Professional Counseling, Continuing Credits Special Education, Certifications in Early Childhood and Financial Counseling.
