This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (
https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community showcases many the incredible classes instructors on KidPass.
The idea this class is to build strength for board breaking. We will start this class out with five minutes stretching as this is very important before beginning. Then followed by upper body strength training. Next I will show demonstrate the technique for breaking boards with hands or even elbows! We will follow this with punches and elbow strikes. For an increase strength I recommend a punching bag, target, or perhaps holding a pillow (small kids only). I you don't have this then just punch the air yell.
Then we will do strength training exercise for the legs. Next I will show demonstrate the technique for breaking boards with regular kicks as well as jump flying kicks. We will follow this with several kicks for leg strengthening on a punching bag, target, or pillow (small kids only). We'll going to smash some boards no matter what it takes! YAR!!!!!!!!.
This is an online class that is hosted on the KidPass Digital Platform, which uses Zoom. Upon booking, you will receive a link to access the class in your booking confirmation email. Simply click on the link when it’s time for your class. Please download Zoom prior to the start the class.
Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class your participation may be posted on KidPass social media.
