About
This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.

It appears that more and more youth are stuck at home. There are a lot of enticements to keep minds distracted. To help increase focus, and get the willies out, try out Minds in Motion. It's basically a Tabata style workout for youth. That means a lot of movement to keep active minds busy.

Contrary to standard classroom etiquette, humans learn best when they are not sitting. The combination of muscle movement and complexity allows the brain to retain information at a greater rate. Therefore, in addition to exercise, we will also practice some basic Chinese! There is a lot more bang for your buck.

Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class and your participation may be posted on KidPass social media. Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction. If you enjoy the class, please visit the instructor's KidPass page where you can find other class offerings and formats including small-group, interactive classes. Mr. Brooks creatively combined learning chinese with kids HIIT. My 5 year old enjoyed the class very much.
