Comic Book Story & Cartoon Character Design for Kids

***Please note single one-off classes are offered as fun taster sessions & are not meant to substitute for a full study in your chosen subject. For a more comprehensive learning experience in your choice of media, we highly recommend signing up for a full Class PKG.
CLASS SYLLABUS: In the first week of our course, we will introduce students to a wide varied cartooning vocabulary, along with warmup exercises & fundamentals of character design. In the following weeks, we will explore line drawing versus value scale & introduce shading techniques. The fundamentals of cover design will be explored in a demo: so students will learn who to compose dynamic cover art! Half way through the course, we will move on to draft up a character based on the previous exercises, these will include facial features & costume creation. Then we will focus on storyboarding: incorporating narrative based panel-to-panel storytelling to move toward student’s final comic presentation & class critique.

Our studio is open 7 days a week mornings, afternoons + evenings for your convenience.
Private Art lessons, Parties for all occasions, Kids Birthday Parties, Private Adult Painting Parties + Team building + Corporate Events
We also offer a small selection of Online programing for Teens and online private tuition for all age groups.
