Children ages 5-12 will pull the wafers of Oreo cookies apart keeping the cream on one of them. They will use a clean plastic knife to shape the cream (moon) into phases like crescent, quarter and gibbous. One with all the cream is full, and a wafer with no cream is new moon. They will display them on a clean paper plate, When completed, they can eat their Oreo cookies.
