Join a world of building fun with your peers on an online server dedicated to our online Minecraft class. Led by an experienced guide, students can master Minecraft skills for navigating things like hidden sector maps, redstone, secret rooms, and of course, ultimate survival. Along the journey students also play with their math and research skills, and often gain history, geography, coding and science knowledge as they learn about different types of economies, architecture, trading and more!
To get the fullest experience of this class each student should have their own Minecraft: Java Edition account.
If your child does not already have his or her own Minecraft account, it's easy to get one by going to
www.Minecraft.net and following the instructions to get a new account. It costs about $27 to create an account. If you need help with this, just let us know.
It's important to note that to join the class server a Windows or Mac computer is required with Minecraft: Java Edition installed on the computer, and that the student has a Minecraft: Java Edition account before the coming to class.
**Tablet, console, and "Windows 10" versions of Minecraft are not compatible with the class server.
