Great class. Engaging and easy to learn for beginners. My six yr old picked up on it very quickly.

This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (http://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.
Entertaining and enthralling - like a physical game of chess and a strategic game of tag! - fencing provides a unique mix of physical, intellectual and emotional activity that is open to all ages, levels, shapes and sizes. The ROC's online fencing classes emphasize conditioning and technique with exciting reaction drills, coordination challenges and super fun games. All levels of fencers, from beginners through experienced, get a great and productive workout while learning and enhancing critical fencing skills such as finger and wrist techniques, improved reaction abilities, enhanced footwork, endurance, strength, strategic actioning, and more. Fencing channels student's energy, enhances coordination, equilibrium and agility, raises student's consciousness of his or her own body/spatial awareness, self-discipline, cognition, and is loads of fun!
Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class and your participation may be posted on KidPass social media. Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction.
