Fit4Mom Stroller Strides is a stroller based fitness program for moms of all fitness levels that allows you to work out with your children. Each class is 60 minutes of a total body workout consisting of power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and toning exercises using exercise tubing, your stroller and the environment. Each class is taught by fitness instructors certified in pre and post natal fitness and are adult and pediatric CPR certified. Instructors weave songs and activities into the workout to keep your child engaged.
