The class was very engaging for my 2.5 year old. He participated and I could see him begin to understand tempo and rhythm.

Today was our first class and Leah was very engaging! Kudos to keeping the attention of so many little kiddos. Not an easy task by any means. Looking forward to joining for future lessons.

Miss Leah makes learning about music theory fun and accessible! My daughter won't stop singing the songs from class.

About
Sweet Potato Music offers music classes, parties and private lessons for kids ages 0-4 in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, CA. Sweet Potato Music introduces real musical learning in a fun, developmentally appropriate environment, with classes comprised of original music specifically written to tap into all that those sweet little ones are capable of. Created by Leah Paul (educator, composer and professional musician) every song has a clear objective, whether it's working on hearing clear pitch centers, using movement to internalize a solid rhythmic foundation or learning how to follow call and response cues—with a side of bubbles, animals and silliness, of course! This class covers a wide range of developmental milestones—whether it's your child's first music class or they are preparing to learn an instrument, there is something for everyone.
