About
Michael Stember competed in the Olympic Games in Sydney 2000 for USA Track and Field while he was captain of the Stanford Track and Field Team. He is the current Stanford school record holder in the 800 and 1500 Meters. Michael has run under four minutes in the mile dozens of times and was a 10 Time NCAA All-American. Michael won the USA Indoor Championships in 2004 and was one of the fastest middle-distance runners in the world for a decade.

Michael credits his unique approach to cooking and his daily breathing techniques for much of his success. Michael owns a restaurant in Brooklyn and has traveled the world as an athlete and a chef.

His Olympic approach to simple recipe techniques and breathing classes are now available on KidPass as he introduces savory breakfasts, lunches, dinners and essential breathing techniques for July and August. This is the perfect set of classes for kids and teens and will make a lasting impact on the development of a healthier lifestyle for the entire family.
